On-Ramp
With the On-Ramp Program you'll receive (4) One one-hour sessions over 2 weeks with a Trainer taking you through all the fundamental movements that you'll see most often in our classes.
What to expect
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
