Our CrossFit Memberships Range Between $100-$180/Month depending on how many classes you attend weekly. Our average member attends 3-4 classes per week, the cost per class averages between $8-11 per class. You receive coaching, daily programming, small class sizes averaging between 8-12 people, New clean Equipment and a supportive community to workout with daily.

Kids Fitness Classes

Kids Fitness Classes

The focus of each class is on how well your child moves, not how much or how fast. Every class is loaded with age-appropriate excitement coupled with learning the basic functional movements.We want to see your kids grow in strength and skill as well as in confidence and character, and above all have fun!Kids Fitness Classes are Monday/Wednesdays @ 4:15pm & Tuesday/Thursdays @ 6:45pm. Classes Range between 45min-60mins.We do have Adult Classes going on at the same time so that parents are able to workout at the same time as their kids.*Ages: 6-12years old. We allow kids to try a class out for free, the coach will make sure that they are able to take instruction and want to workout before we access them into the program.Cost: $20/Week for two class times weekly.

Do you provide free refreshments there?

We have a High-End Flowater Filtered water machine for our members to fill their water bottles up. Other supplments and drinks are available for purchase at the front desk.

Do I have to be fit to join?

No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?

Our class programming will include a strength portion in which you’ll work on something like Olympic weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting, or bodyweight strength or you may work on a skill like handstand push-ups. After the strength or skill portion of the class is complete, most days will involve a workout that was programmed for that specific day. Workouts can be anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes or more.

Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?

No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
