The focus of each class is on how well your child moves, not how much or how fast. Every class is loaded with age-appropriate excitement coupled with learning the basic functional movements.
We want to see your kids grow in strength and skill as well as in confidence and character, and above all have fun!
We run our kids program in 6-8 week blocks.
Our current 6-Week Program is running: April 14th-May 24th
Classes are Monday/Wednesdays @ 6:45pm & Saturdays @ 9:15am!
*Kids are allowed to come try out a Free class and join mid program, cost will be prorated.
*Ages: 6-12years old. We allow kids to try a class out for free, the coach will make sure that they are able to take instruction and want to workout before we allow them into the program.
Cost: $99 for 6-Weeks for 2x/Classes per week or $125 for 6-Weeks 3x/Classes per week.

Kids Classes are broken down into a
10min - General Warm-up: This can include dynamic stretching, speed ladder footwork, and other bodyweight movements.
15-20min - Strength/Skill progressions: This time is spent working on building up kid's basic body awareness through the use of bodyweight or light dumbbell & kettlebell weighted movements. This can include: Squats, Deadlifts, Lunges, burpees, box jumps, pressing/pulling movements.
10-15min workout: This is the portion of the class where the kids get to use the movements they have practiced in a little bit faster paced workout.
